I take a every day multivitamin, though we not long ago paid for a hair as good as spike regulation as well. we have listened which if we take as well most of sure vitamins it could be bad for you.

The ones which overlie have been vitamins c,e,thiamin,riboflavin as good as folic acid.
Here have been a total amounts if we took both:
C-180 mg
E-90 IU
Thiamin-3 mg
Riboflavin-3.4 mg
Folic acid-600 mcg
