I have not long ago proposed the vegetarian diet. Although we am eating fish oils as well as flax oil, along with slick milk, we do not consider we am removing sufficient iron daily. The multivitamins we take do not enclose iron as well as we do not unequivocally wish to go out as well as buy iron pills. we usually devise to do this diet for 3 months as well as afterwards we will eat red beef again.

Will we be ok for 3 months, or will we turn iron deficient? Would eating the little beef jerky once the week help?
